Q - How long do I have to wait once payment is made ?
A - Normally we get notification within seconds, and will give you Immediate Access. The next working day is about the extreme, but almost always we give a new client same day access so they can begin the profit making process straight away.
Q - Why do you only trade the mornings, from 09.00 - 12.00pm ?
A - Because this is when the Crude Oil market is best to take money out of. The Trade Room is always open until at least 4pm EST, and we often trade and show Technical Analysis after the cut off of 12noon. You will find in general that there have been more than enough trades by 12 noon anyway, and time after this is best spent reflecting on the mornings trades and Questions..
Sessions after 12noon are now restricted to ADVANCED COURSE MEMBERS only - After 12 noon we operate the room in a relaxed environment for questions and answers. Often we will go through the Technical Analysis of the Mornings Session, and even take more trades if setups arise - Everyone will learn to Trade the right way !
Q - What happens if I am not happy in the Trade Room ?
A - The simple answer is that you WILL be HAPPY !
If you are genuinely unhappy about something, then firstly we will address the issue. If there is nothing we can do to make you happy, then we will give you a money back guarantee within the first 7 days. There is however no reason for you to be unhappy, this is a trade calls room which give specific trade calls only on Crude and other Futures now and again. If this is what you are looking for then you will indeed be very happy, as people are making incredible amounts per week in this way. If this is not what you are looking for then DO NOT SIGN UP, as we expect a valid reason to claim the Money Back Guarantee - We will however deal with any requests of this nature courteously and professionally - We expect the same in return.
Q - Why do you not offer a free trial into the trade room ?

Q - Can I actually "Learn to Trade" in your trade room ?
A - Without doubt that is YES YES YES....And we encourage it! Some clients like to take calls only, make their profit target, then move onto the next day, that´s fine and we do understand that some people are just too busy to be absorbed into our Market Lives.
We prefer for clients to stay on and learn the way we trade, it will make you more profitable in the long run and enable you to fully understand all the trades we take.
Some have learned to trade the way we do from simply being members and watching - It takes some time but the strategies we employ are not restricted in any way, it is possible to learn them from watching and absorbing.

Q - Can you guarantee me a certain amount of profits per day, every day ?

Q - Is there online help ?
A - Yes there is. In the Trade Room there are 2 moderators, one giving the Live Trade Calls and then "Bon" will be your Personal Assistant and will help you with any questions that you have. Live instant help whenever you like.
Q - Can I cancel or is there a minimum period ?
A - YES, cancel at any time, there is NO minimum period (although payment is per month, not in smaller increments). If you tell us we will cancel your subscription whenever you want. Q - How long will it take me to understand what is happening ?
A - A new trader will normally take a few days to get into it, but some are taking their own trades within minutes. It is a very simple procedure of BUY & SELL in a particular market, there are no decisions to take - The calls are made in the room.
Q - Why the registration fee ?
A - Because a new trader will require extra support when they first join. We give a detailed booklet on how to take the calls and we help new traders set themselves up so that they are able to follow the calls. We have to charge for this, albeit a token minimum fee.
Q - How did you come up with the monthly fee ?
A - The price is 399$ per month for the subscription. We sat down and evaluated other services of this nature, we then undercut the majority even though our Service is without doubt unparalleled.
